Kari came to my home for our first meeting. My first impression convinced me to go with her. It ended up being a great decision. She planned the listing of my home with precision and executed the sale with the expertise of a seasoned professional realtor! She listed my home on a Friday and I had an acceptable offer on the following Monday! It didn't stop then. She continued to follow ever step to closing. She is second to none in my opinion

We worked with Kari Trail Butz a few years ago to purchase this house, so we didn't consider anyone else when we decided to relocate. We knew she'd do a great job for us, and that's exactly what happened. She's a real gem - easy to get along with, professional and smart. Kari set up a nice display near the front door with gorgeous flyers and disposable booties to protect our floors. Nice touch that we wouldn't have thought of! Kari was very patient with us and explained everything well. Her sense of humor was very welcome, but she was also all business protecting our interest when we received an offer from a poorly qualified buyer that may have swayed us without her! She stayed in close touch with us right up to the closing, which was as smooth as silk :) We highly recommend Kari and we wish we could move her west with us!
